Being taped today, probably over they taped it in his house in Texas. The claim is he's going to issue a limited confession, he says he'll be completely honest, I'm not sure he can spell that let alone do it.
The rumor last week was his lawywers were trying to negotiate amnesty from the Justice Department, a promise they wouldn't prosecute him for multiple perjuries over the year in various legal cases if he now admits he doped after denying it under oath several times.
He needs a new source of income because his legal bills are mounting rapidly now that people are demanding money back from him related to various lawsuits. Also look for multiple people to sue him for slander/libel whichever is relevant for attacks he made on them over the years.
He's banned from competing in both cycling and marathons and triathlons right now so he's trying to negotiate an early end to the ban there(apparently the rule is no less than 8 years).
