A Bruin alumni was crowned the OC Beer Mile Champion for 2010 . His winning time of 7:05 set a new OC Masters Record.
The Beer Mile is a special event in track and field. Each competior drinks a 12 oz beer (5% abv beer or higher) and then runs 440 yards. The competitor enters a transition zone and then drink another 12 oz beer and runs another 440 yards. Repeat until a mile completed.
