Rob Rasmussen dominated on the mound; Bruin bats came alive for 8 runs; fielding and baserunning were superb. Cal State Fullerton looked a bit shell-shocked all night. The game really had a feeling of inevitability to it, after the come-from-behind, one-out-from elimination, victory by UCLA the previous night. The CSF jinx is officially history.
