Baseball: UCLA (41-11, 16-8 Pac-10) swept California (27-22, 11-13) in Berkeley, for their third straight conference sweep. Just four regular season games to go. Unquestionably, the Bruins have earned a bid for postseason play, but some fans still wonder if UCLA will be a regional host. This fans says, "Erect those temporary bleachers. Play begins at Jackie Robinson Stadium June 4th."

Track & Field: The next stop for UCLA's men and women tracksters is the NCAA Championship Preliminary Round, in Austin, Texas, May 27-29. The Bruins will send 19 men and 14 women to compete. The top 12 finishers in each event will go on to compete in the NCAA Championships in Eugene, OR.

Softball: Having defeated St. Mary's, San Diego State, and Fresno State in regional play, host UCLA (43-11) will next host the super-regionals against Louisiana-Lafayette, beginning May 29th.

Golf: UCLA's mens' team was just a stroke away from tying for 1st in regional play, earning the right to continue on to the NCAA championships in New Haven, CT. The Bruin womens' team closed out their season with a 6th place finish at the championsips in Wilmington, NC.

Tennis: UCLA's men beat Stanford 4-2 in the round of 16, but fell to Virginia 4-2 in the quarterfinals. That concludes team play for the season, but four Bruins will compete for individual mens' championships. UCLA's womens' team was defeated by Duke 4-2 in the round of 16. Three Bruins will remain in Athens, GA to compete for individual womens' titles later this week.
