Baseball: UCLA (37-11, 13-8 Pac-10) swept Southern California (23-28, 5-16) at JRS. That's six straight conference wins for the Bruins, who are in 2nd place. A postseason bid seems assured. The only question mark is whether the team will be a regional host, which will be determined by their play in the last 8 games, including a series at Cal and one at home against Washington State.

Track & Field: UCLA's men placed 4th at the Pac-10 tourney in Berkeley. Of note, the Bruins took 1st in the 4x100m. UCLA's women came in 6th overall, but won the 4x400m. Oregon's men's and women's teams placed 1st overall.

Women's Water Polo: The Bruins beat Michigan at the NCAA Championships in San Diego to take 5th place.

Softball: The #5 national seed Bruins will host regional play beginning Friday at Easton Stadium. Their first opponent is St. Mary's.

Tennis: UCLA's men made it through the 2nd round with a win over Cal at the LA Tennis Center. Next up for the Bruins is Stanford, in Athens, Georgia. UCLA's women defeated Arizona State at the LATC to earn admission to the round of 16 in Athens, where they will face Duke.

With one NCAA championship already in hand for 2010 (women's gymnastics), UCLA still has hopes for four more. GO BRUINS!
