Last year, I posted about UCLA baseball, but Dodger fans crowded in to talk about major league ball. I recall a few posts about womens sports -- softball and water polo I think -- but that was about it for "Other Sports" in 2009.
This year Bruin baseball is #1 and there are just three of us posting about the team. Ladies gymnastics has a talented team and is off to compete in the NCAA championships. Both the mens and womens tennis teams are in the top 10. There must be something happening in other "Other Sports," as well, but you wouldn't know it if you depended on this forum to keep you posted.
The Dodgers season is underway, so I'm expecting to read a lot about Manny and his teammates here in coming weeks.
