10-0 . . . anybody in LA notice?

I've seen next to nothing in the LA papers online about UCLA baseball, surprising given the team's 10-0 start, the best since I was attending Toluca Lake Elementary School in the 50's. There were two sentences in a Times sports blog. Whoop-de-doo. Not much happening here on the "UCLA Other Sports Forum," either. How's attendance at Jackie Robinson Stadium?

Meanwhile, up here in Corvallis, the online forum is buzzing about Oregon State's 7-3 start, which included taking 2 of 3 games at home against Tennessee, before lots of fans in the Beavers' newly remodeled Goss Stadium. The Bruins will be in town April 9-11, and I anticipate being a blue dot surrounded by an orange mass of 2000 or more OSU fans. The stadium holds 2800, or more for regional playoffs, which the fans expect to be attending here in June.

Fortunately for Bruin baseball, the team doesn't seem to need much outside attention to motivate them. If they host regionals, I might fly down for the games. It shouldn't be hard to get tickets, huh?
