I think the 8th was a stretch for Kershaw. I think his pitch count was into the 110's, and that was probably the longest he had gone.
It's just one of those things. Broxton had no difficulty with Pujois or Holliday. Two out, none on. He got tied on a wild pitch and a broken bat single.
