... (aka last year's Sabathia for the Brewers), OR he could be the guy who stunk the first half of this year, and/or the guy who can't handle the transition to the new league (the reverse-Sabathia :-)
We'll see.
Frankly, I really like St Louis, and not just because they swept the Dodgers this week. They've got:
-- The toughest 3-4-5 in the league in my opinion with Pujols, Holliday, and Ludwick (yes, better than Utley, Howard, and whomever)
-- A great 1-2-3 rotation with Carpenter, Wainwright, and Pineiro, with a receiver who can handle them, in Yadier Molina
-- A great defensive short-stop who seems like he's a scrappy version of Eckstein when he was in his prime
The NL playoffs this year are going to be a "ball"-burner!
