me" You above anyone else, nail me.

Yes, you're right, there probably were some Christian Palestinians in there. But, Sprinter is saying Christians (and Hindu's and Buddhists and devout Pagans are all directly responsible for what happened at UCLA last night. I disagree). The battle over Gaza is at its root, a battle between adherents of two religions, each of whom knows that God gave them the same piece of land. Christian Palestinians, who've historically also resided there are caught up in the wash.

Had lunch with a group from our church that meets periodically with a Muslim group. A guy in our group asked why couldn't other Muslim countries give asylum to the people trapped in Gaza. (to be clear, I didn't ask that question). Muslim guy (sorry, don't know any other way to describe him) said that he would oppose any country giving asylum to the Gazan's. They were put there by God to hold and defend that land. It's their responsibility. And, to die doing that, if it came to that, would be the highest and best use of their lives.

I think any Palestinian Christians that are in Gaza would be quite happy to get the hell out of there, not be trapped in Gaza. So, ya, to the extent that the protesters are calling for a cease fire, there are probably Palestinian Christians involved. I doubt they are chanting "from the river to the sea."
