because organized religion has always been about conferring wealth and power upon the people pitching their particular version. And it is the flocks that do the conferring. Which is why trying to separate out the "nice" religious people makes no logical sense. Maybe one see's oneself as a medic or a chaplain, but they're all part of the war.
