the religious insignia that you find offensive in people for all kinds of reasons other than telling you that you're going to burn in hell.

It is entirely possible that where you'll go when you die is the last thing on their mind.

I mean, do you wear your Metallica T-shirt (or whatever band T-shirt you'd wear) to tell complete strangers they're dorks because they don't like true music or that you're a cool person? Or maybe that you just like the shirt or it was the first thing you pulled from the drawer in the morning. You're saying something for sure but the reasons may differ a lot.

Blu could have just easily worn a band T-shirt that day.

Note: hijab and it's variants and yarmulke or a turban have a whole nother function than being a statement. Those are folks who do what they do in order to not sin. Actually not so sure about the function of a yarmulke but I assume it belongs in that category. So you're really not the party you're concerned about, if you know what I mean.

At the end of the day, relax bro. The beauty of life is everyone has their own story and adds their own thread to the tapestry we all weave. Let'em be if you want them to let you be.
