They are fully committed and have been for a while.
Heritage plan is to replace federal employees with incompetent loyalist Trump sycophants, gut Social Security and Medicare, ban abortion and IVF, starve school children, gut the ACA and deprive tens of millions of Americans health insurance, impose RW ideology at colleges, disenfranchise people of color, persecute LGBTQs, and gut SNAP and other forms of assistance to fund larger tax cuts for the rich and corporations.
Most of this is in the most recent budget produced by the GOP Study Group.
