any time the establishment goes after him his claims of being persecuted by the powers that be gain more credibility regardless of the question whether the prosecution is well-warranted or not.
That is why the time to go after him was the Spring of 2021 when he was at his lowest point politically. We missed the train on that and there are no take-backsies. We do what we have to do but the cards are not stacked in our favor at this point.
