(a) Is this even legal? (Though I am pretty sure Garland would *never* go after this scheme in case it is because godforbid if his precious reputation is even slightly tainted, and I'm deliberately taking the most charitable interpretation of his actions here.)
(b) Does anyone else think this is going to have some impact on the Republican Party's down ballot success this year with less money to pour into purple states/districts?
