COVID was supposed to be, and he took practically forever to reach any conclusion, because surprise surprise, he had no grasp or reference point to understand what the reports are really saying or if they have crossed the ts and dotted the is, because, you know, you need to have the right background to be able to make that call. The whole thing was a farce at the highest order.
