Trump Bedminster was hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit by a waitress who worked there. Habba, a regular at the club, "posed as a friend" of the waitress and convinced her to sign a deal that paid out $82,500 and signed away effectively all her rights.
The waitress and Trump Bedminster agreed to a settlement last week. The settlement specifically omits Habba in it meaning she can't sue anybody at Trump Bedminster but CAN sue Habba for fraud
