of the ultra wealthy to come in, tear down houses, and build their four million dollar mini-mansions driving up housing costs and taxes even more.
As I've said before on my street all (except mine) of the modest 3/2's that were valued around $200k have been bulldozed and replaced with $4-10 million dollar houses. The rich are coming not leaving and filling county and state coffers with millions in new tax dollars.
