So I’ll assume no real ones exist. I did watch some of the hearing. The only “inconsistency” I saw alleged was the time where Hur made an offhand remark that Biden’s memory of one of his houses was “photographic.” Of course the blowhards are trying to claim this is somehow a major contradiction, rather than just an example of Hur trying to be nice to a forgetful old man. The fact that Biden could remember details about his house (who doesn’t know their own house) of course has no bearing on his memory of other issues (including, apparently, when his son died), and therefore would not convince a potential jury that Biden actually recalled his possession of classified documents behind a reasonable doubt —— you know, the actual issue at hand.
