he's a part of by over-analyzing every single thing that
happens. One of the beauties of baseball is that its
pace is different than football and basketball; more
pastoral, as it were.
He chimes in on everything and interrupts nuances that
a viewer might prefer to be left to self-perception rather
than Smoltz perception.
