The scary thing is they ARRESTED the guy. They had no evidence but they just arrested him. Now they are saying if California had complied this wouldn't be necessary in other words if you had given us your voter rolls we would have known he had not in fact voted. Or you could have just not arrested someone without proof they had broken the law
