They can defund ICE or other executive branches, require money be spent for the purposes specified in Acts of Congress, enforce contempt and criminal sanctions for violating the laws of this nation.
But Republicans won't do any of that because they are cowards and lickspittles with zero fks to give about our system government or the American people.
