I follow Amy Siskind on FB, she posts lots of good informative stuff but man does she lack self awareness.
She posted a thing today about a story on CNN saying support for Dems in New York state has slipped among Jewish people since 2022 and she said it seems to date back to Mamdani. So I responded obviously I'm not Jewish but can you explain how a guy who got elected in Nov 2025 is to blame for something that you said started in 2022? In about 5 minutes I got about 50 likes, and then she deleted my comment on and limited who can comment. Note some of the responses were definitely much more aggressive borderline anti semitic. Mine literally didn't mention the word Jewish I just asked the obvious question how did his election in 25 was responsible for something that started in 22.
Rather than try to explain to me because it was an honest question, she just deleted it.
She does this stuff fairly regularly she's very interesting and does lots of good work fund raising for the Dems, but she has a clear blind spot with this. She's been attacking El Sayed on her page for months too, she said his support would crater after the general, repeatedly insisted people should vote for the other Dem he had no chance to win the general.
You can see it coming some of these races, probably not El Sayed, the Dem will lose and then she's going to say see I told you so rather than look in the mirror and see she spent months sabotaging the candidate
