The IRS report that will show who actually benefitted and who didn't from the Trump tax cuts was due in july. Then it was August, Sept now halfway through Oct they still haven't released it. Why?
Well if you ask Adam Kinzinger he'll tell you, his contacts when he used to be in Congress are quite blunt about it, the wealthy people benefitted most others didn't and when Trump keeps bragging about massive tax cuts for people he knows if the true numbers come out before the midterms, it will prove he's lying.
Kinzinger in the link says that a former IRS official told him point blank the documents will prove it helped the rich and hurt everyone else so the Trump admin has the IRS holding the release.
