Does the flurry of new plants and things Trump is announcing seem familiar? It should, he did the exact same thing in 2018 before the midterms trying to convince voters he was doing things. His biggest announcement then was the Foxconn plant which was a total failure. Now he's doing the same thing, pipeline this, steel plant that all of them with inflated projections and in some cases literally not even permits to build them and he's claiming he toured the construction sites already.
