Ukraine has damaged Russia's refining capacity badly, and there are chronic, intermittent shortages in Russia.
So Putin promises Trump a bunch of stuff he has no way to make good on, and tells Trump to turn on Ukraine and stop their very effective attacks.
Trump declares victory and promises lower prices next month, after midterm elections.
What will Putin do? whatever he wants, regardless of anything Trump says.
All so stupid....
