Counting ballots only if delivered by election day opens doors

to all kinds of shenanigans revolving around slowed down or (temporarily) stopped mail services. If you want to do that in a timely fashion, you would demand mail in ballots to have a postmark date that's a week or so before the election day.

It's a choice. (Wouldn't be anti democratic as long as it's is understood by everyone)
