The answer here is having UFC chuds perform some stunt for a few FBI agents in front of TV cameras. So in the bars and garages and nursing homes deplorables gather around the Fox-Not-The-News on the TV and cheer on the spectacle. "Yeah!!!!! 'Merica!!!!!!!"
