Assuming conflagration speeds regime change (HERE, of course), Moscow won't want it but Beijing will. There are varying opinions out there about where Fat Kim's REAL loyalties lie these days but the best answer is still Beijing. The Chinese are playing the long game of course and are probably willing to let the west die of self inflicted wounds.
They're going to win the peace, they don't need to win the war.
