And if you start breaking constitutional rights, then where does it end?
A dem president can then say White Supremacists are criminals and break into their home without a warrant, confiscate their guns, and shoot them in the head.
If there is no due process than anybody can be called a criminal and executed.
The only thing we have is the President taking an oath to Defend, protect, and preserve, the constitution. And how easily that is being broken right now with no safeguards or oversight whatsoever.
