he has that type of gun apparently a Sig Sauer 302, but the picture is not his gun and is a photo you can find online from months ago. Apparently that gun has aftermarket alterations to make it capable of rapid firing and Pretti's gun does not. The assumption is DHS used that pic to support their claim he was there to "massacre" agents.
