My bad, I was sure that, the way he was killed so callously, that he must have been a black man. The ICEstapo is becoming more equal opportunity at this point.

He is pointing a phone/camera at the ICE agents. Arguably a far more dangerous weapon than that gun they're showing off.

A new video appears to show the moments leading up to a fatal shooting by federal agents in Minneapolis, with the individual appearing to simply record on his phone as agents escalated the situation.
