Surprise ICE lied about Laotian man in underwear

ICE banged on his door, pulled him outside in his underwear with a blanket around him. Took him for 2 hours and then brought him back to his family with no charges. ICE then claimed there's 2 registered sex offenders he's hiding and that's who they were looking for.

And now today it comes out that one of the 2 they said they were looking for, Lue Moua, has been in prison the entire time!
