Newsome absolutely loves the fact that Trump won the Presidency and is doing what he said he would do. There are a few good reasons why he believes it is great for him and remember, he is looking out for Gavin first and foremost as all Democrats do while their loyal obedient lemmings support them as they enrich themselves in both profit and power.
First and foremost, if Kamala was in office he would have ZERO chance in 2028. Her continuance of the incompetence of the 4 Biden years would make is nearly impossible for any Democrat at that point.
Second, the corruption of the state is on a scale never seen before... 24B for homeless that disappears into the ether that is NGO land where of course he and his family enrich themselves is just the start... Load it up with CA style red tape so you can keep spending billions without actually producing a single thing all the while you lemmings cheer them on wanting the rest of us to keep paying.
So while the lemmings of the state keep crying TDS and ignoring his incompetence and corruption, he laughs all the way to the bank and with a better shot at the White House in 2028. ICE just helps keep the distraction level up and focused on Orange Man Bad...
