"50,000 over 5 years. If they leave early, they have to pay back the bonus, overtime, and any other bonuses they receive. If they are marked as having any complaints or reprimands, they also lose the bonus. They are joining under false pretenses and not reading the fine print."
Maybe, an ICE member here, i.e. wood, can upload the fine prints in the actual contract
