Venezuela thing was a set up to get Machado to hand the Nobel prize to Trump? They kept Delcy Rodriguez in charge to tell Machado, "you know, it's not a given that you'll get the country handed to you ... unless we can make a deal here".
I wouldn't put it past Trump that this would be the primary driving force behind the invasion and the whole "oil" thing was the excuse.
