Which are mainly to destroy government organizations which improve people's life or limit their avarice, disempower working people and put down women and minorities, and restore white supremacy by putting power into the hands of a new capitalist gilded age cadre.
None of them excel at foreign policy or military strategy.
The last time Heritage got really into the weeds on foreign/military policy was in Iraq, where they were a complete fking disaster.
