. . . occur in Minneapolis?

Let's say it occurred in Kensington, London, UK. And involved an unarmed constable.

What would have happened?

My bet is that the constable steps aside and Good drives away. The constable turns over his smartphone video to his superior and they use the images of the license plate and the driver to figure out who she is and where she lives. She then gets a visit from the Metropolitan Police.

Perhaps they arrest her. Perhaps she's charged with attempted murder. Perhaps she plea bargains. Perhaps a jury acquits her. Perhaps the case is dismissed. Perhaps she serves time.

At the end of the day, she's still alive. Which should be the preferential outcome for all concerned.

But the ICE agent in Minneapolis had a gun. So she's dead.
