Jared Moskowitz called him out sitting in the audience and pointed out Trump never pardoned him so he was still convicted of Seditious Conspiracy. Trump commuted the sentence granting him clemency but it was NOT a pardon so he's still barred by law of being where he was. The GOP invited him
