plan C) Every break of the law, either work with local police and start suits both civil and criminal to ICE's actions. make it too many cases for the supreme court to consider
plan D) Get some facial recognition going on ICE officers and treat the bad ice workers like a registered sex offenders. Post their faces all over their neighborhood with the accompanying bad actions that put them on the poster.
plan E) When the ICE thugs get into a neighborhood place speakers all over the area. And designate someone a good voice to calmly tell ICE they are breaking the law. Calmly tell them they are the bad guys. Calmly tell them their masks will not protect them if they break the law. Individuals can still yell but we need a calm voice droning over the area, like the voice of GOD. Or like the voice you hear in the supermarket. "Attention Shoppers"
The yelling they can tune out or even act out against the yellers. But when the voice is over the whole area they are going to get spooked because there is no one to act out against. The voice cant be rabid, it has to be reasonable and understood.
