The article that this image comes from is a behind the scenes look at what's going on with CBP and ICE, whose being sent to Minneapolis, how little they understand the legality of protests. Most fascinating point mentioned in the article, to me, was the claim that the deployment to Minneapolis is voluntary and that experienced officers are generally staying away from the assignment since the escalation started, leaving the field to the noobs who are presumably just a bunch of Proud Boys joining to force to beat up some liberals and kill women who reminded them of all the women who rejected them all their lives.
