And then dementia Donny posted a followup claiming the police at Brown University had "reversed their previous statement the shooter is NOT in custody."
NOte the Brown Police had NEVER said they had the shooter in custody at that point, in fact even Trump didn't say that he said the FBI had the shooter in custody.
