None of that matters if SCOTUS rules the way they're expected to in the Louisiana case.
States will just redraw along racial lines, GOP picks up somewhere between 19 and 25 seats, completely on racial discrimination, and the midterms go to the GOP.
SCOTUS is deciding the outcome of the elections a year before they are even held
