Interesting report on the situation in Portland, OR. The trouble seems to be centered around radicals on both sides trying to stir up trouble, and in some cases get praised by the POTUS.
A small sliver of activists on the edges of both sides are engaged in stirring up trouble in Portland and elsewhere. Social Media has given them a force multiplier for spreading their outrage. The drive-by nature of current news reporting offers only content without context. And the short attention span of the American public doesn't help either. We eat, digest and eliminate what's presented as news at warp speed.
Hopefully our courts will interpret the laws as they were intended and not cede more powers to the needy little man currently occupying the White House. He wants to rule rather than to govern.
