Qatar to build air force base in Idaho

Announced by Hegseth today, Trump has granted Qatar permission to build an air force base in the existing Mountain Home airbase in Idaho where they will be able to keep Qatari jets.

WTF? The jets are way too far from Qatar to be used in Qater so the only logical reason to have them in the US is if Trump wants to use them somewhere else?
