Trump says intentionally but after she filled out the form she emailed her broker saying I realize I made a mistake it's NOT my primary residence. on the final document, NOT the one the lawyer is showing, there's a handwritten note on the document, by her mortgage loan officer noting it's NOT her primary residence the box was checked in error.
That's why nobody wanted to take the case it was obviously a mistake she corrected, so charging her with fraud is ludicrous.
