the guy behind it, Gregg Pemberton, was literally accused of falsifying evidence, altering videos, suppressing exculpatory evidence and other crimes in the 2017 Trump inauguration protesters case. the prosecutor on the case pled guilty to doing all of that, but the DOJ said they believe Pemberton was her co conspirator and she took the fall so the case wouldn't get thrown out.
That's the guy you're citing as proof DC has been faking statistics, a guy who literally faked evidence.
2024 he on CSPAN called Trump the greatest president in history, Sept before the election. 2022 appeared at a roundtable with Trump on DC crime.
Literally one of his lawyers in the case of the 2017 charges was a Trump lawyer.
