in his presser at Heritage Hall you saw him get into a discussion with TJ Slimers. To Kiffin's credit he was trying to be precise in his answer to a "Have you stop beating your wife yet" question (the one about Orgeron supposedly calling TN recruits).
If the press wants to paint that exchange in a negative light there's nothing Lane can do.
I hope someone is working with him on the side to make him more LA media savvy.
John McKay was a sarcastic SOB and he didn't like the press but by winning (and the journalism field's softer approach to reportage at that time) we was considered a "quipster" not a smartass.
