you didn't mention the trailer parks that get scattered all around Kansas and Nebraska every year or 2. No significance there, either, but those people have to live somewhere...who is going to feed the world if you make those people move some place safer? They can mandate stronger trailers, and they can make parts of NO off limits..not all of it, just the parts most likely to kill people. Reasonable?
