is at stake. I'd like us to stop making the lives of those people a political football.
I'm talking about New Orleans only. That is a special city in this country's cultural heritage. I don't know that there are too many other cities that can claim the same special status. If any other country had the equivalent of New Orleans, you can bet that they would be treating it as a national treasure.
As for houses that pop up on top of the hills that burn every other year? I don't care. There is not much of a cultural heritage to talk about when it comes to those houses. I don;t know what the redeeming value of those houses would be for the rest of us.
